Cooperative Educational Services (C.E.S.) seeks a Systems Analyst to provide technical service and support to agency-wide staff and agency technology systems.

Duties:

• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to all technological issues.
• Administer Google domain and install/troubleshoot apps and extensions.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory and Group policy administration.
• Configure and maintain Chromebooks, workstations, laptops and printers.
• Test, maintain and monitor computer programs and systems.
• Review software and coordinate agency-wide testing environment.
• Assist with agency-wide hardware and software installations.
• Provide users with assistance in computer malfunctions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor degree in computer science or related field; 2 years computer related experience; MCP or equivalent. Experience in Google Workspace administration, interactive whiteboards, student information systems, MUNIS software, security camera operating systems, and door access control systems preferred. Extensive problem solving and analytical skills; strong attention to details/deadlines; ability to work independently and within team environment; excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills.

This is a full time, 12 month position.

Anticipated Start Date: as soon as possible

Salary Range: TBD based upon experience
